Kabul, It has been reported on Friday evening that the head of the Afghanistan Parliament’s HR department, Khalillullah, has been killed in an explosion in Kabul.
Two others also wounded in an explosion, which occurred in Kote Sangi, an area in the capital.
The news comes within a week of a blast that killed at least 80 people and wounded another 200 in the Afghan capital on 23 July when a suicide bomber detonated his explosives-packed clothing among a large crowd of demonstrators.
