Kamlesh Tiwari massacre: Police announce reward of Rs 5 lakh for information on Tiwari's killers

Lucknow: The police is leaving no stone unturned to arrest the accused in the Kamlesh Tiwari murder case. In this order, on Monday, a reward of two and a half lakh has been announced on the main accused Muinuddin and Ashfaq of the murder by the Uttar Pradesh Police. Police collected information about these two accused living in Surat, Hotel Khalsa in Lalbagh, Lucknow.

In the hotel, both the accused gave their Aadhaar card as ID. The killers from the Aadhaar card were identified as Sheikh Ashfaq Hussain and Pathan Moinuddin Ahmed, who hail from Surat. Earlier, the police has made several big revelations showing speed in the investigation. While disclosing the murder case, UP DGP OP Singh had said that all efforts are being made to arrest the accused.

Let us tell you that on getting information from the hotel management on Saturday night, the Lucknow police investigated this hotel. From the room where the killers stayed (G-103), the police found blood-soaked saffron clothes, knives and bags used in the murder. Apart from this, many other things including shaving cream, blade were also recovered. The killers had booked the room on the night of 17 October from the manager at the reception for Rs 1300 a day.
