Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut is not scheduled to appear before the Mumbai Police today in a case of comparing the farmer movement with Khalistan in social media posts. Kangana Ranaut has demanded a little more time from the Mumbai police. According to reports, Kangana is not in Mumbai at the moment. Kangana was directed to appear before the Khar police station on Wednesday 22nd December 2021 to record the statement. Kangana's lawyer has said that she may not appear for questioning on Wednesday. A case under Section 295A of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) has been registered against the actress and an inquiry has been initiated. Kangana's statement came after the central government withdrew the laws in Parliament. Kangana had posted on Instagram after the decision to withdraw these laws, ''Khalistani terrorists may be twisting the government's hand today, but we should not forget the lady (former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi) who crushed them under her shoes. They were crushed like mosquitoes but did not allow the country to be fragmented.''
