Defamation case: Kapil Mishra apologizes for accusing Satyendar Jain of corruption

New Delhi: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Kapil Mishra has apologized to Satyendar Jain, who is holding the health ministry in the Kejriwal government of Delhi, in a defamation case. Kapil had accused Satyendar Jain of corruption, after which Satyendra had filed a case against him and now both have settled the case among themselves.

Satyendra Jain has withdrawn the defamation case in Rouse Avenue Court after Kapil Mishra apologized. After the mutual agreement between the two, the court ended the case. Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has also tweeted about this case, in which it is written that truth prevails. Kapil has apologized to Satyendra Jain unconditionally. This proves that all these allegations were inspired by politics.

When Kapil Mishra left the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), he had alleged that Satyendra Jain had given a bribe of Rs 2 crore to Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal. After which in May 2017, Satyendra filed a defamation suit in the court. After almost three and a half years, Kapil has apologized without any condition in this case.
