Bengaluru: Amid the ongoing political crisis in Karnataka, the Assembly is debating during the majority power test. Speaking on behalf of the JDS-Congress coalition government, CM HD Kumaraswamy of the province accused the BJP of destabilizing the government. Kumaraswamy said, what is the time for the power test so soon? First, it should be clear why this is happening.

Kumaraswamy said, "After all, my ministers and i have some confidence. I have to clarify some things in this regard. First, tell us who is behind destabilising the State Government. CM HD Kumaraswamy said that an attempt is being made to tarnish the image of Assembly Speaker Ramesh Kumar. Why is the BJP in such a hurry on the confidence vote? The BJP wants to topple our coalition government.

Earlier, the state's CM HD was the chief minister. Kumaraswamy submitted a confidence motion in the House on Thursday to prove the majority of his Congress-JD(S) coalition government in the Assembly. According to the decision taken by the Advisory Committee on the Affairs of the House on Monday, Speaker K.R. Ramesh Kumar directed CM Kumaraswamy to submit a proposal for discussion and examination.
