Srinagar: A Kashmiri Pandit was shot dead by Islamic terrorists in the Shopian district of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday (October 15). Officials have informed that Kashmiri Pandit Puran Krishna has been attacked in the Chaudhary Gund area of South Kashmir. After being seriously injured in the firing, he was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was declared brought dead. Doctors say that he could not survive till he was brought to the hospital.
