Narendra Modi is set to take oath on Thursday for a second term in office to head the Union government. While an official guest list for the oath-taking ceremony — scheduled to be held at Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi — is yet to be available, there are several reports on the political bigwigs expected to attend the event. According to the sources, Telangana chief minister and TRS supremo K Chandrashekar Rao and YSR Congress president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will take a flight together to attend the ceremony. Party sources said that Mr. Jagan, who returned from New Delhi on Monday afternoon, hinted at attending the swearing-in ceremony of Mr. Modi after his own ceremony to be held at the Indira Gandhi Stadium in Vijayawada in the morning. In a bid to form friendly relations with the Andhra Pradesh government, the YSRC chief has asked KCR to attend his ceremony in Vijayawada. Both the leaders will later take the same flight to New Delhi for Modi's swearing-in. During the tour, both the CM's will discuss with PM Modi on the pending bifurcation issues and the share of funds from the center to the two states from the same venue. On Thursday, President Ram Nath Kovind will administer the oath of office and secrecy to the prime minister and the new members of the Union Council of Ministers at the ceremony at 7 pm. also read: Mass stabbing in Japan: 2 dead, 17 Injured
