Keep these things in mind while making parathas

While making any vegetable paratha, there is always a problem that the paratha gets torn while rolling. If you adopt the right method, then the radish paratha will never tear. As soon as the winter season begins, various types of dishes start getting cooked in the Indian kitchen. In this season, many types of vegetables are available in the market, which are very tasty to eat. Radish is also seen a lot in the markets in this season, which is not spicy to eat. Due to this, people make many dishes of radish and consume it in the winter season.

Radish paratha is also included in these dishes. Radish paratha is not difficult to make but it still starts tearing while rolling. In such a situation, we are going to tell you some tips, after following which the radish paratha will not tear. When the paratha does not tear, it will taste even more crispy. You can serve it with pickle, raita and chutney.

Remove water from radish properly: Many times it happens that if water remains in radish, then paratha starts tearing while rolling. In such a situation, after grating radish, add a little salt to it and keep it for 10 minutes. Salt will extract water from radish. After this, squeeze the radish well, so that its water comes out.     Prepare stuffing properly: Not only this, while preparing radish stuffing for paratha, keep in mind that it should not be too wet. While making it, just mix green coriander, green chilli, ginger and your favorite spices with radish. Add salt only at the end, because due to this the stuffing starts getting wet.

The dough should be tight: The dough for radish paratha needs to be kneaded a little tight so that it can handle the stuffing while rolling. If the dough is thin, it will start tearing while rolling.

Add the right amount of stuffing: While making parathas, keep a balanced amount of radish stuffing in the dough ball. Adding too much stuffing will cause the paratha to tear. Do not reduce the amount of stuffing too much, this will spoil the taste of the paratha.

Roll slowly: Always roll the Mooli ka Paratha with light hands. While rolling, make sure that the stuffing does not come out from the edges. If you roll it with tight hands, then the paratha will start sticking to the rolling pin and will start tearing.
