Kochi: The Kerala government told the Kerala High Court on Wednesday that the investigation into the alleged murder of an RSS worker in Palakkad last November is on track, with one additional suspect arrested on Tuesday. As a result, the police have made a total of 11 arrests in this case. Because the identification parade has not yet taken place, police have not released any other information on the arrest. The Kerala government made the announcement while reviewing a petition filed by Arshika, the wife of killed RSS worker A Sanjith, who requested a CBI investigation into the murder. It further informed the Court that the charge sheet would be filed soon. Arshika has filed a petition alleging that banned organisations were engaged in the murder. The case has been rescheduled for a hearing on February 18. Sanjith (27) was allegedly hacked to death by SDPI workers in front of his wife on November 15.
