Keshav Prasad Maurya slams Rahul Gandhi over Bharat Jodo Yatra

Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya has often taken a dig at the Congress' Bharat Jodo Yatra through his social media. This time he has also targeted former Congress President Rahul Gandhi. Maurya has said that his achievement in Parliament was just "hugging" or "winking". People also commented fiercely on the tweet made by Keshav Prasad Maurya.

Taking a dig at Rahul Gandhi, Keshav Prasad Maurya wrote, "Before the Bharat Jodo Yatra, Rahul Gandhi Ji has also done an 18-year parliamentary visit in which his achievement has only been to 'hug' or 'wink'. He seems to be running away or hiding his mouth from discussing serious topics in Parliament.'' On this, Abhishek Sankrit replied to Maurya and wrote, "Your seriousness is such that, when a senior BJP worker and your old colleague talk about unemployment and poverty and talking about being hungry for food, then you sit on the car and laugh.''

SP supporter Ashish Yadav tweeted and wrote, 'Took the votes of the backward but when the reservation and rights are extinguished then are you not even capable enough to speak a word! Backward did not get the right in teacher recruitment, then where were you?? You always curse the opposition... We think you only want personal benefits, nothing to do with society.'
