It is regarded as unpaved of Atharva Veda. In Ayurveda, food plays significant roles and various remedies are based on food. By understanding how to prepare foods best suited to our minds and bodies, we can utilize nutrition as a source of healing.

 Food is the most essential to sustain a good life and the same food if consumed inappropriately becomes the root cause of many diseases. So, proper knowledge about food with the proper timing of having it.  Food is not only essential for our physical well-being but it provides nutrition for our minds as well. The central Ayurvedic term is central to the ancient practice which means fault or problem. Ayurvedic literature divides it into Vata (air), Pitta (fire), and Kapha (earth and water). Each dosha has a distinct personality and once you understand your dosha, you can easily treat any ailment you struggle with it. There are certain rules to eat food according to Ayurveda. Drink hot water to stimulate agni Always heat hot, fresh food Eating between meals weakens the agni. Have warm drinks like CCF Tea Breakfast is to be consumed between 7 am and 9 am.  Lunch between 12 pm and 2 pm.  D inner between 6 pm and 8 pm, with no snacking in between meals, if possible. Start your meal with sour and salty food Consume natural herbs and ingredients like Cinnamon, Cumin, Fennel, Ginger Avoid cold foods as much as possible
