Kia India said on Wednesday that its February sales increased by 8.5% year on year to 18,121 units. In February 2021, the carmaker delivered 16,702 cars to dealers. The company said it continues to remain one of the top five selling car manufacturers in the country, owing to the consistent performance of its products in the Indian market. With 6,575 units sold, Seltos remained the leading contributor to Kia's overall sales, followed by Sonet and Carnival with 6,154 and 283 units sold, respectively. Carens dispatches stood at 5,109 units as of mid-February. "We are excited to reach new heights and expand our position in India with the launch of Carens.
