KTM 790 Duke to be launched on this day, know the price and other details here

The KTM 790 Duke has been waiting for a long time in the Indian market. This powerful naked bike will be launched in the Indian market on 23 September. Its booking has started at selected KTM dealerships in the country, where the bike can be booked for 30 thousand rupees. It is already available in the international market. Its look is quite sharp and aggressive.

The company has a 799cc, twin-cylinder engine in the KTM 790 Duke to attract customers. This engine generates 103 hp power at 9,000 rpm and 87 Nm torque at 8,000 rpm. The engine is equipped with a 6-speed gearbox. It will get 4 riding modes, including Sport, Street, Rain and Track. This powerful naked bike from KTM features 43mm upside-down telescopic fork at the front and monoshock suspension at the rear. 300 mm twin discs have been given in the front and 240 mm disc brakes in the rear. The bike will get Bosch 9 MP2-channel ABS.

For your information, 790 Duke CKD unit will come in different parts without assembling in the Indian market. It is likely that only 100 bikes will be allotted for the first year. Right now the bike will come with BS4 engine. Its BS 6 version will be launched in the market next year. It is believed that the company is doing this to keep the launching price low. The 790 Duke is expected to be priced around Rs 8 lakh. The bike will be available with the likes of the 790 Duke bump Yamaha MT-09, Triumph Street Triple RS, Ducati Monster 821, Kawasaki Z900 and Suzuki Suzuki GSX-R750.
