These days Pooja is appearing in Nivedita's performance in Star Plus show 'Kasauti Zindagi Kay 2'.
In the show 'Kumkum Bhagya', Pooja will be seen acting as Pragya's daughter Riya. Till now Naina Singh was seen in this role. Naina Singh has been expelled from the show overnight. Meanwhile, she has also told this news to be true. Pooja has said about working in the TV show Kumkum Bhagya, "I am going to act in this show. The set of serial 'Kasauti Zindagi Kay 2' and 'Kumkum Bhagya' is close. I do not have to waste time traveling. My makeup look and makeup artist are going to be same. Pooja Banerjee further said, "I am going to play Pragya and Abhishek Mehra's daughter Riya in Kumkum Bhagya. I have to look younger than my age but this is not a difficult task for me. Shabbir Ahluwalia and Sriti Jha are much older than me. I got to play his daughter's role. I enjoy playing negative roles. But working in this serial is going to be very interesting for me."
