Lara Dutta opens up about breastfeeding for her daughter

Bollywood actress and former Miss Universe Lara Dutta is the mother of an adorable daughter Saira. Lara's darling is now all grown up and beautiful, but when Saira was little, Lara breastfed her regularly like normal mothers so that her daughter could get all the necessary nutrition.

Breastfeeding strengthens the child's immune system:  Lara Dutta believes that breastfeeding is very helpful in strengthening the child's immune system.
