Lavang Latika is the yummy dessert

Ingredients:

Flour - 2 cups (Maida)
Sugar - 1 Cup (Sugar)
Currant - 1 Table spoon (Kismis)
Ghee - 3 - 4 (Ghee)
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tbsp (Cardamom powder)
Dry coconut - 1 cup (grated coconut)
Almonds, cashews, pistachios - 1/2 cups (chopped) (Almond, cashew, pista)
Cloves - According to Minority (Clove)
Oil 
 
Method:
 
Add ghee to the flour and mix it. After that mix a little water and knead the dough. Now cover the dough and keep it in 15 minutes side. Now add kishmish, dry coconut, cardamom powder, chopped cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios into a bowl and mix them well. Now make a little ball of flour from the kneaded flour then put a little coconut mixture in it and seal it with cloves and keep it in the plate. Likewise, prepare all the cloves of Latika. Heat oil. Now add one clove of Latika and remove it after gets golden brown. Now add sugar and 2 cups of water in a vessel to heat it. Now after making sugar paste, turn off the gas. Once the syrup is slightly cooled, put the latika in it. Then serve it.
