Ingredients : Paprika – ½ teaspoon Salt –1/2 teaspoon Pepper –1/4 teaspoon Boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into 2 inch pieces – 3 Eggs – 2 Italian seasoned bread crumbs – 1 cup Sugar – ½ cup Lemon juice – ½ cup Curry powder – 1 ½ teaspoon Method: Preheat oven to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F) Take the oven pan cover with foil paper. In a bowl, add paprika, salt and pepper mix together. Sprinkle the seasoning of chicken pieces. Dip the chicken pieces in egg and then add bread crumbs. Add the chicken pieces to the pan. Bake for 15 minutes turning over. In a saucepan add the sugar, lemon juice and curry powder on medium heat and stir till sugar dissolves.
