The Central Government has made the Aadhaar card necessary in almost all its schemes. It is mandatory to link all mobile SIM cards with Aadhaar card in this order. The center has set a deadline for this. So if you have not linked your mobile SIM card to the base so far, then link it quickly. Otherwise, your number will be closed. The SIM cards which are not linked to the Aadhaar number till February 2018, will be deactivated. Prior to this, the top court had directed the Center to arrange for the establishment of more than 100 million existing and upcoming mobile telephone consumers in one year. The Supreme Court had ordered that the SIM card of the users be linked to their base for verification. In the matter of mobile sim verification, the central government had informed the Supreme Court, that within one year all SIM cards in the country will be linked to the Aadhaar card.
