Silence in Jammu and Kashmir, one died due to coronavirus

Today is the second day of the 21-day lockdown in India. Strictness has been increased from the administration in Jammu and Kashmir. People are allowed to go out only after seeing the ID cards of those coming out of their homes.

In the meantime, the first death case due to Coronavirus has come up in the Kashmir division of the Union Territory. The 65-year-old infected elderly died on Thursday morning at the Chest Disease (CD) Hospital in Dalgate. The deceased was suffering from diseases like elderly diabetes, stress and obesity. After the first death due to Corona virus in the state, the administration has increased the strictness even more.

Mayor of Srinagar tweeted about this death from Corona in Kashmir. He wrote that this news is very sad for us. We are standing with the family of the deceased. We salute the doctors posted at CD Hospital for their courage and the constant efforts being made by them. Let us all contribute in breaking this chain of the coronavirus. State spokesman Rohit Kansal also confirmed that 65-year-old corona-infected elderly resident of Hyderpora in Srinagar died. On Wednesday, four other people who came in contact with him have also been found to be corona positive.
