Relaxation grant in lock-down in Syria amid Corona crisis

Islamabad: For the past several days, the havoc of Corona has become an enemy of innocent people, thousands of deaths are occurring every day due to this virus. The number of infected people is constantly increasing. It has been reported that after Pakistan, Central Asian countries like Syria have also opened mosques during the Islamic holy month of Ramadan. Now collective namaz will be allowed in these mosques. However, the government has made it clear that the mosques will be opened only on Friday. After the nationwide lockdown that began in March, for the first time, the government has announced the opening of mosques.

Where Syria has said that this step is under the plan to open the lockdown in a phased manner. On the other hand, the government of Pakistan and Iran have also allowed mass prayers in mosques during the Islamic holy month of Ramadan.
