Now heat ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan and fry besan, semolina and wheat flour when the ghee is hot enough. Keep running until the mixture turns golden in colour. Now add syrup and cardamom powder to it. Let the whole mixture cook until it dries a little. Finally, add roasted almonds to the mixture and add ground white sesame seeds and mix well. Now shape the pinny and garnish with almonds and white sesame seeds. Now let the prepared mixture cool and roll out the small loaves and make a pinny.
