LPG price hikes up but there is a good news too

Hearing of the rising prices of LPG, the Housing says that it is very difficult to come up with it for poor people. On Sunday, the central government has increased the price of LPG by Rs 1.50. But with this bad news, there is a good news that these increased costs can not only save their pocket but you will also get a discount on the booking every time and you will get the gas cylinder, costing less than the previous prices. For this, you just have to make changes in your payment method.

Oil Minister Dharmendra Pradhan had on July 31 told the Lok Sabha that the government had asked state-run oil firms to raise subsidized cooking gas (LPG) prices by up to Rs 4 per cylinder every month to eliminate all the subsidies by March next year. Rates were, however, raised by Rs 2.31 per cylinder on August 1 and the oil companies effected a large hike on September 1 to equalize that, sources said.

In order to promote cashless transactions, it has been suggested that if a person makes a payment by paying online payment or debit or credit card, he will be given a discount of 5 rupees on the bill. And if you make cashless payments, these amounts will be reduced from your bill. This way, the gas cylinder will be available to you for less than the price.

This plan is valid for every gas company. And you can always take advantage of that discount, provided you leave the path of cash payments and digitize and take the cashless route.
