Lucknow: A man was shot dead under the Para police station area of Uttar Pradesh's capital Lucknow. There is panic in the area due to the murder. A police team has reached the spot and launched a search and investigation to reveal the case and arrest the perpetrator of the murder. The same Deputy Commissioner of Police Dakshin Gopal Chaudhary said that the police had received a report of the discovery of a dead body under station Para. The deceased has been identified as 29-year-old Sandeep, a resident of Kakori in Lucknow. DCP Chaudhary said prima facie there is a gunshot injury in the stomach. The body has been sent for postmortem. A forensic team and dog squad team have also been called to the spot to complete the investigation at the earliest and reveal the matter. According to the police, some vital clues have also been found in the incident. Legal action will be taken soon by arresting the perpetrator of the murder. The deceased Sandeep is said to have left his home in Kakori for Sarojini Nagar on Friday night to attend a birthday party. His body was found covered in blood in an empty plot on Saturday morning.
