Macaroni Pulao will give different flavor to your boring rice

Ingredients for Macaroni Pulao recipe:

Basmati rice - 1 cup (baked) Macaroni - 1 cup (cooked) Tomatoes - 2 (Finely chopped) Capsicum - 1 (finely chopped) Green peas - 1/2 cups Cashews - 20-25 Green Coriander - (finely chopped) Oil or ghee - 3-4 tablespoons Ginger - 1 inch (thin thin finely chopped) Garam masala not grinded: large cardamom -1, cloves -4, black pepper-10-11, cinnamon-½ inch piece Cumin - ½ teaspoon Salt - 1.5 teaspoons or flavors Red Chilli Powder - Less than ¼ teaspoon Pizza Sauce - 2 tablespoons

Method:

1. Add oil to the pan and heat it, if the oil is heated, put cumin in it. Slow down the gas.

2. After frying cumin, add finely chopped ginger, peel the big cardamom, add the gram, the whole spices. After frying them lightly, add green peas and cover them for 1 to 1.5 minutes.

3. Open the pan, put the chopped capsicum and fry it by running it for one and a half minutes. Once vegetables are crunchy, add chopped tomatoes and cover them and let them cook for 2 minutes.

4. After the vegetablesgets cooked, add Pizza Sauce, Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Chopped Cashew pieces and cooked macaroni and mix it well.

5. Now add already cooked rice and mix well. Simmer it for 2 minutes. Take it out in a plate and garnish with green coriander. Very tasty macaroni rice is ready.
