When Narotam Mishra was asked if he didn't wear a mask for any particular reason, he replied that he didn't wear it. Even when he was talking to the press, he was not wearing a mask. While standing near him, state Water Resources Minister Tulsiram Cilavat and other BJP leaders wore masks to prevent the corona epidemic.
