The Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam party yesterday approached the Madras high court demanding it to declare the trust vote of chief minister E.K. Palaniswami null and void who won majority votes in the Tamil Nadu Assembly. Today, the Madras High court will hear the plea of DMK. The bench of Acting Justice Huluvadi Ramesh and Justice R Mahadeven declared to hear the matter today. On Saturday, Palaniswami won the trust votes when 122 MLAssuppoted him. During this time the house got adjourned twice.
