Auto driver helps migrant labors with the money he saved for marriage

Mumbai: An auto driver in Pune, Maharashtra has shown a great example of humanity. Actually, the money that he had collected for his wedding is being used to provide food to migrant laborers and help the distressed people.

The 30-year-old auto driver is named Akshay Kothawale. He had deposited two lakh rupees for his marriage, but due to the lockdown he had to postpone the marriage. Now he is using his money to help people. In addition, he provides free clinic to elderly patients and pregnant women. Kothavale said, 'I was to be married on 25th May and I had saved two lakh rupees for this, but due to the lockdown, my fiancee and I decided to postpone the marriage.'

He said, 'I saw people on the streets who could not even get a single meal and were struggling to survive in some way. After this, some of my friends and I thought of doing something to help these people. ' Kothawale of Timber Bazar area of Thane said, "I decided to use the money I had saved for the wedding and some friends also helped in it." With this money, he started preparing vegetable-bread. After this, they started distributing this food at such places where migrants are hungry and hungry.
