Maharashtra: Two people killed, 8 seriously ill after consuming spurious liquor

Mumbai: There have been reports of people being killed in spurious liquor these days. In Madhya Pradesh, many people were sick and many people died when they were drinking poisonous liquor in the past. Now, in the meantime, the new news has come from Maharashtra. In fact, two persons have died after consuming poisonous liquor in a village in Chamorshi taluka of Gadchiroli district of Maharashtra. Apart from the death of two people, eight people have also been seriously ill.

The information was given by the police official said that the incident took place in Laxmanpur during the evening on Wednesday. In the evening on Wednesday, some people consumed alcohol on an illegal furnace of alcohol, but after drinking alcohol, they all came to a stunned state. Explaining further about the case, he said, "the sick people were admitted to a hospital where two persons died during the treatment.''

According to reports, eight others admitted to the rural hospital at Aishti are in serious condition. In this case, the deceased was identified as Prakash Fakira Gaurkar (53) and Ramesh Nanaji Fumigation (52). Both were reported to have been residents of Lakshmanpur village and after the incident, the police have arrested six persons in the entire case so far.
