Weather report: Soon Maharashtra to be hit by heavy rains

Mumbai: The increasing pace of corona infection has become a threat to everyone. Meanwhile, the weather is also showing a change. Now, maharashtra may be hit by the weather. In fact, the Met department has issued an alert for the next four days in the state. The Met department has recently said that heavy rain accompanied by strong winds is expected over Marathwada, Madhya Maharashtra and Vidarbha.

On the other hand, rain is not likely in Mumbai and Palghar. Recently, IMD in its forecast has reported that Mumbai and Palghar will not receive rain but it will remain cloudy till May 2. Satellite photographs have revealed that the weather in many parts of Maharashtra including Pune is expected to worsen by May 2. A recent IMD spokesperson said that the weather is likely to worsen between April 29 and May 2.

Sangli, Latur, Osmanabad, Kolhapur, Solapur districts are said to be the worst rain and orange alert has been sounded for these areas. This means that these areas will have to be prepared for heavy rains for the next four days. With this, orange alert has been issued in Beed district only for May 2, and yellow alert has been issued here for the rest of the day.
