Nowadays cases of crime are increasing day by day. The case that has recently come up is of Bhoiwara. Police have arrested a 40-year-old man here. The young man has raped his 17-year-old minor relative for more than two consecutive months. In this case, the police have revealed, the girl came to the city during the lockdown, however, when she recently returned to her house, it was found out that she had been raped. In this case, the girl's parents questioned her, and the girl opened up the secret. The girl told her parents that her uncle had allegedly sexually abused her. After knowing this, the girl's parents registered the case at the police station. Now the police arrested the uncle of the girl. Police say that the girl from Dhule came to her maternal aunt in Parel during the lockdown, the accused took advantage of this and whenever other family members went out he used to rape her. In this case, when the girl returned to her house, she complained of a stomachache. She was then taken to the doctor for tests and it was found that she had been sexually assaulted. Later, when her parents questioned her, the girl revealed everything. A crime has been registered on girl's uncle under Section 376 (rape) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) as well as related sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act on Tuesday.
