Kia has recently launched the electric car EV6 in India. The company has brought 200 units of EV6 to India through complete built units (CBU). So far, all units of EV6 have been sold. Kia says that they are working on bringing more units to the Indian market. Kia has introduced EV6 in two different variants in the Indian market. The first model comes with a front-mounted single motor and two-wheel-drive (2WD) configuration. The price of this car has been kept at Rs 59.95 lakh. It generates a maximum power of 229 PS and a peak torque of 350 Nm. The second model of the Kia EV6 is an all-wheel drive (AWD). There is an electric motor on each of its axles. Its power output has been increased to 325 PS and a peak torque of 605 Nm. The ex-showroom price of this variant has been kept at Rs 64.95 lakh. The Kia EV6 has a 77.4 kWh battery pack. Due to this car runs for 708 km on a full charge. This electric crossover can also be charged with a 350 kW DC fast charger. The Kia EV6 can be charged up to 80 percent in just 18 minutes.
