Mahindra collaborate with Jio-bp, Charge+Zone, to provide EV charging solutions

New Delhi: Mahindra & Mahindra, one of the top SUV producers in India, recently announced partnerships with three EV infrastructure companies.

They are Charge+Zone, Static and Geo-BP. As a result of these partnerships, the business intends to provide reliable charging options for Mahindra's upcoming lineup of passenger electric vehicles, which will include the electric SUV XUV400.

Through these collaborations, Mahindra's Electric Vehicle (EV) users will have seamless access to a reliable fast-charging infrastructure and electric mobility solutions covering transaction, availability, availability and discovery.

The organization is building a vast network of EV charging stations with the help of Mahindra's ecosystem partners. These collaborations are about to improve India's infrastructure for electric vehicle charging.

Commenting on the matter, Vijay Nakra, President, Automotive Division, M&M Ltd., said, “We look forward to bringing sustainable, profitable and efficient EV solutions to accelerate the mass adoption of battery electric vehicles in India. We are also thrilled to be working closely with all our partners for our upcoming range of electric vehicles in India."

The XUV400 electric SUV was recently unveiled in India by Mahindra, and its prices will be made public in January 2023. With a 39.4 kWh lithium-ion battery pack, the new Mahindra XUV400 is said to have a driving range of 456 km on a single charge. , Apart from the XUV400, the company also introduced its Bourne electric concept cars in the UK, which will be sold in India in the coming years.
