Mahindra's e-LUDIX electric scooter from France market has been introduced for the Indian market at Auto Expo 2020. In France it is sold under the name of Peugeot brand and in India it is being manufactured by Mahindra's Two Wheelers Company. The E-Ludix will be launched as a mid-range scooter in India, yet it will get all the new features. Smartphone connectivity is also provided with the digital instrument console in e-ludix. E-Ludix is the electric version of the 50 cc Ludix scooter. The Peugeot e-Ludix has a 3kw Bosch electric motor. Lithium-ion battery is installed for energy which is fully charged in 3 hours. Talking about its attractive features and design, it has a projector headlamp, LED taillight, disc brake in the front wheel. The scooter gets upside down telescopic front while single monoshock suspension at the rear. The E-Ludix weighs just 85 kg and can run at a top speed of 45 km / h. With full charge, this scooter can run up to 50 km. What name it will be launched in the Indian market is yet to be decided but it has been introduced.
