Make Cheesy Dosa Pizza at home

Ingredients:

2 cup Idli dose of better, half cup grated cheese, a small cup chopped onion, a small tomato, finely chopped capsicum, finely chopped 2 tablespoons sweet corn (boiled), 2 large Spoon carrot (finely chopped), 2 tablespoons chili sauce 2 tablespoons tomato sauce, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 2-3 tablespoon oil

Method:

First of all, mix all the chopped vegetables, then heat a pan and add a tablespoon of batter to it and spread the dosa. Keep in mind that it should not be diluted.

Put tomato sauce chili sauce over the dosa and spread it. Put chopped vegetables and spread it all over. After that add black pepper and lightly salt.

Sprinkle the grated cheese and spread it. Now close the pan with a lid. Now cook on a low flame for a minute or two until cooked.

Take out the lid from the pan and cut it into pieces. Now serve it with a tomato sauce.
