Pakodas is one of the most loved snack in India. There are different method to make it but today we bring you an easy recipe to make delicious Pakodas. INGREDIENTS 40 Gram Carrot, 40 Gram Potato, 40 Gram Onion, 40 Gram Capsicum, 120 Gram Besan, 20 Gram Corn flour, 40 Gram Mint chutney, 1 piece Banana leaf, 40 Ml Sun flower oil and 1 Gram Chat masala. METHOD 1. First of all mix all the vegetables with the Besan batter. 2. Now, Put it into deep-fried net altogether and fry till golden brown. 3.Now, Remove and cut into small pieces, toss with chat masala. Your Pakoras is ready, serve it with mint chutney.
