Required Ingredients :

Vegetable oil - 100 ml, garlic-ginger paste - 1 tsp, green peas - 100 grams, carrots - 80 grams (finely chopped), green onions - 60 grams (finely chopped), corn gram - 60 grams, onion - 60 grams (finely chopped), broccoli - 80 grams (chopped), Capsicum - 80 grams (chopped), Rice - 400 grams (boiled), Soya sauce - 1 tsp, salt - 1 tsp

Method-

1- To make Chinese Veg Fried Rice first, add 100 ml vegetable oil in a pan and heat it. Now add a spoonful of ginger garlic paste and fry it. 

2- Now add 100 grams - green peas, 80 grams - carrots, 60 grams - green onion, 60 grams - granulated corn, 60 grams onion, 80 grams - broccoli, 80 grams - capsicum and cook until soft.

3- Now add cooked rice in the pan and mix well with a spoonful of soy sauce from above. Now add salt and one spoonful of red chillies to taste and cook it for 1 to 2 minutes.
