A 28-year-old CISF woman constable, who was on duty at the Indira Gandhi International Airport in plainclothes was allegedly misbehaved by a man who was later on arrested. The police as per the sources news said 'The incident happened on the intervening night of June 27 and 28. The accused, Purushottam Lal Bagga, who is 45 and belongs to Punjab, was departing for New York through Kuwait Airways' He reached a help desk in the check-in area where he saw the woman. Initially, he started staring at her and then initiated a conversation. Later, he "misbehaved with the woman, shouted at her and even made lewd gestures", they said. Bagga, who was found to be drunk, was arrested under section 509 (word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman, punishable by a maximum term of one year or a fine, or both) of the IPC.
