Congress leader Manish Tewari lashes out at Modi government

New Delhi: The Congress leader and Lok Sabha MP Manish Tewari has attacked the Narendra Modi government at the centre in a press conference in Delhi today and during this time he has said that Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) - National Democratic 96 days have passed since the second term of the coalition (NDA) government, and the three words that influence this term are repression, tyranny and anarchy.

Being more aggressive on the government, he further said that today, the economic growth rate is five per cent. However, this is not the only cause for concern. Today the basic principles of the Indian economy are being distorted and the foundation of India's economy is also under threat.

Manish Tewari further said that PM Modi says that "the basic elements of the Indian economy are strong. The Home Minister has also repeated this. However, has anyone ever really questioned what it means in terms of the basic principles of the Indian economy". According to him, "unlike China, India is essentially a private economy. People or investors have no faith in the Indian economy except government expenditure and investment. That is why the share of agriculture in our GDP has fallen to a low level of 14%." Manish has targeted the government on many other issues.
