Maruti to launch Jimny as a Gypsy replacement in 2020

Maruti, India's most popular automaker, plans to launch its 28-year-old SUV in a brand new look. Maruti announced in October 2018 that it would stop production of Maruti Gypsy from April 2019. Maruti Gypsy's services in the Indian Army are still continuing. Now, a report has revealed that Maruti is now going to replace Gypsy with a new vehicle. Maruti Gypsy was also the rebeass version of the first-generation Suzuki Jimny. Maruti Suzuki is developing a new mini SUV on the lines of Jimini Sierra, according to Nikki. The new SUV will not only run on rough roads, but will also be extremely comfortable for daily use.

For your information, let's say that Jimny was launched in Japan last year and is now selling in many countries. People love it because of its offroad features.
