Lucknow: The phase of defection by politicians in the assembly elections in the country's largest state UP continues unabated. On Sunday, the BSP, SP has suffered a big blow. As many as 21 persons from other parties, including the Bahujan Samaj Party, the Samajwadi Party, have joined the BJP. There are also many veteran leaders. Along with this, Maulana Tauqeer Raza's daughter-in-law Nida Khan has also joined the Bharatiya Janata Party. After joining the BJP on Sunday, Nida Khan said that she was impressed with the party's work, so she took the decision. Nida Khan said that the work done by the BJP government on matters like triple talaq is commendable. Nida Khan, after joining the Bjp, said that Muslim women are safe in UP only during the BJP regime. The issue of triple talaq was the turning point of supporting the Bharatiya Janata Party. The protection given to women by the BJP government by enacting a law on triple talaq will be a big issue in the elections this time. Further, Nida said that Congress must have given the slogan 'I can fight girl I can fight' but did not do any work. But the Bharatiya Janata Party worked on women empowerment for women's safety. For so many years, the Bjp government was there, the Muslims have never had any problem. On Tauqeer Raza, Nida Khan said, "''My father-in-law Tauqeer Raza has come to the Congress some time back but I have always supported the BJP because the BJP talked about Muslim women, worked on their empowerment.''
