Mehbooba Mufti faces serious allegations, adopts soft attitude towards terrorists

The disputed statement on Article 370 by Mehbooba Mufti, the president and former chief minister of the Peoples Democratic Party, became the basis of the Public Safety Act (PSA) mainly because of its soft attitude towards terrorists and working with separatists. The flag and mark of his party is also one of the reasons for PSA for him. Not only Mehbooba but also former Chief Minister Omar Abdullah will definitely be sworn in for provocative rhetoric on Article 370 and Jammu and Kashmir merger of India. He has to mention his rhetoric on the basis made for PSA.

For your information, let us tell you that Omar and Mehbooba have been arrested under the PSA on Thursday, as precautionary detention in the early hours of August 5, 2019. Sources said that the dossier issued for the arrest of Mehbooba under the PSA contains a soft stance on the separatists and the information and allegations of working together with them. Mehbooba's tweet has been cited before the removal of Article 370 in the dossier. After the killing of the terrorists, there is also mention in the dossier of his honor and accusations on the army for using chemical weapons against the terrorists, and three tweets and provocative tweets on the mob across the country.

In another speech, Mehbooba said that there will be no tricolor in Jammu and Kashmir at the end of Article 370.
