SAHARANPUR: A man, stated to be mentally ill, allegedly bit over half a dozen persons in Ibrahimpura village in the district here, police said. Additional Superintendent of Police Jagdish Sharma said, the incident took place last night in Sarsawa area. Sharma added, when a police team reached on the spot to apprehend the man, he ran towards the a brick kiln and sustained injuries after running into a wall. He was then taken to a clinic in an ambulance, he added.
