To make fenugreek cheese dish, first, wash the fenugreek leaves. After that divide the leaves equally in chunks. Now boil one part leaves. After boiling, grind them finely in a mixer. Finely chop the remaining fenugreek leaves. Now cut the paneer into desired pieces. Then heat the oil in a pan and fry the paneer in it.

Soak the paneer pieces in water after frying. This will soften the pieces of paneer. Now put two small spoons of oil in a pan and heat it. When the oil is hot, add red chili and fry it. Take out the fried chilies. After that put tomato puree in the oil and fry it a little. Now put salt, garam masala powder, coriander powder and red chili powder in the pan and fry it a little.

When the masala is well roasted, add ground fenugreek and fenugreek leaves in the pan and cook while stirring. When the fenugreek is well roasted, add the paneer pieces in the pan. Now cook it on low flame for 2-3 minutes and then turn off the gas.
