Ingredients Vanilla wafers – 12 ounces White sugar – ¾ cup Cream cheese – 8 ounces 2 eggs Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon Cherry pie filling – 21 ounces Method Preheat your oven to 175 degrees C (350 degrees F) for 10 minutes. In a miniature muffin mould add miniature muffin liners. In a bowl, crush the vanilla wafers and add ½ a teaspoon in each miniature muffin mould . In another bowl add the cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla extract. Beat them until light and fluffy. Take a spoon and add equal amounts of the mixture to each miniature muffin liner. Put it in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Check with a fork or toothpick, if it comes out clear. Its ready.
