Missing youth found cremated in Noida

The authorities of the Dr. B R Ambedkar Hospital in Noida found missing youth Pravish Chanam cremated. He had been missing for the last five days at Noida.

On  September 7, the 22-year-old Pravish had gone to Delhi and stayed at his friend's Ashok Thounajoam residence in the Safdarjung area of the city and had gone to a musical concert in Noida on September 8 night.

Parvish along with his friends on September 8 went on to attend the concert and later his friends discovered that Pravish was missing. Post which his elder brother Ravikanta Chanam was informed and the missing report was filed on September 9.

The post-mortem report conducted on September 11, showed Pravish had died of "hemorrhage and head injuries." The report also said that the time of death was "2 to 3 days".

CCTV footage of the hospital showed a dizzy Pravish being brought into the hospital at around 10.30 p.m. on September 8, said his elder brother Ravikanta.
