Mission ‘Sankat Mochan’: 143 stranded Indian nationals airlifted from Sudan

A total of 143 Indian nationals, including 10 women and three infants, are on their way to India after being rescued from the South Sudan by the Ministry of External Affairs on Thursday.

Minister of State for External Affairs VK Singh was seen addressing the evacuees on board and further asked the people to laud the Indian air force for their efforts.

Singh had led an operation called 'Sankat Mochan' to bring back the Indians stranded in Sudan.
