Mix Veg Lollipop is the best to serve to your guest

Ingredients:
 
Potatoes - 4 (boiled) (Potato)
 
Carrot
 
Leaf Gobi - 1/4 cup (grated) (Cabbage)
 
Onions - 1
 
Peas - 1/4 cup (Green peas)
 
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp (Ginger garlic paste)
 
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp (Turmeric powder)
 
Red Chili Powder - 1 tbsp (Red Chilli Powder)
 
Coriander Powder - 1/2 tspoon (Coriande powder)
 
Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 tsp (Garam Masala Powder)
 
Flour - 1 Table spoon (Maida)
 
Bread crums - 1/2 cup (bread crumbs)
 
Coriander Leaf - 1 Table spoon (Coriander leaves)
 
Salt - according to the taste (salt)
 
Oil 
 
Method:
 
Cut the carrots and onions finely.
 
Now remove the boiled potato peel and grate it.
 
Now add potato, carrot, onion, gobi, ginger paste of garlic, turmeric, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, coriander leaves in a bowl and mix them all well.
 
Now add some flour in a bowl and mix it well. Put bread crumbles in a plate.
 
Now make little small round balls from the potato mixture and keep them in the plate.
 
Put oil in a strict condition and heat it. Now immerse one ball in a flour mixture and wrap it in bread crab well and put it in hot oil and fry until golden brown. Similarly, place all the balls in a toothpick and place it in the plate.
