Tuesday;June 6 ,2016 :Prime Minister Narendra Modi greeted the Muslim society on the start of Ramadan and hoped the holy month expands the bond of brotherhood and the strength of harmony in culture
Modi in his official statement said that, “As the holy month of Ramzan commences, I convey my greetings to the Muslim community,".
"May Ramzan deepen the bond of brotherhood and the spirit of harmony in our society", he said.
The Prime Minister is presently in the US as part of his five-nation tour.
