New Delhi: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has got interim relief from the Patna High Court in the defamation case of 'Sare Modi Chor Hai'. The High Court has put a stay on the ongoing judicial process in the MP MLA Court of Patna. Now Rahul Gandhi will not have to appear in the Lower Court of Patna on 25th April. The High Court has fixed the next date of hearing on May 15 and till this date the proceedings of the lower court will also be stayed. In this case, the MP-MLA court of Patna had asked Rahul Gandhi to appear personally on 25 April. After this, Rahul challenged this decision in the High Court.
