According to the new feature, the option to mute chat has also been given forever. Indian users can now put a chat on mute forever with the 'Always Mute' option. The option to mute chat for one year was available earlier, which has been changed by 'Always Mute'. This option comes next to the option of 8 hours and a week mute.
